How does my Norlii home decor subscription box work?


The Norlii home decor subscription box is bimontly, which means you will receive 6 boxes in a year. When you sign up you will receive the current Norlii box. We ship 1-3 days after purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew on the 28th of even months and a new box is sent to you shortly after. You can cancel your subscription any time.




Can I cancel my subscription?


Yes, you can cancel your subscription any time. If you cancel your subscription, please write to us before before the 15th of an even month. You can cancel your subscription by sending an email to info@norlii.com entering CANCEL in the subject.




Can I return items from the box?


Unfortunately we cannot accept returns. The box contains value for more that $110 every time. We feel confident you will appreciate the items, that we have chosen for you among the most popular brands in Scandinavia. If however you receive an item, you don't want, please consider regifting it. And we would love to hear your opinion on anything we send you, so please do not hesitate to throw us a mail.




Will I know what is in the Norlii box?


You can be sure that the content of the Norlii home decor subscription box is carefully curated to let you experience Scandi design and living. We do not reveal all the the items in the box before shipping, to keep the unboxing a surprise. We will make spoilers on one or two items in the box on our facebook and instagram pages as well as emails.




When will I receive my Norlii box?


The box will be by your doorstep around the 18th of the uneven month (Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov). We ship all boxes directly from Scandinavia, so shipping times can vary. We will of course notify you as soon as your box is shipped.




Do you offer the subscription internationally?


We offer subscriptions in the US, Canada, and everywhere Europe We are working on offering the box elsewhere. Please send us an email at info@norlii.com if you would like to order a box outside of the mentioned countries.




When will I be billed?


On a bimonthly subscription you are billed for your first box at the time of your initial purchase. After the first box you will be billed on the 28th of even months (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec). We will always notify you in advance. If you are on the yearly scheme you will billed once per year. We will always notify you in advance.




How much does shipping cost?


You pay a low overseas shipping fee of just $9.95 per box.




Can I buy just one box?


No, but you can get many of the items in our store, Just click The Scandinavian Store




Can I order more Scandinavian items?


Yes, you have the opportunity to buy additional products from web store. The order is treated as an individual order and will ship 1-2 days after we receive the order.




Can I buy Norlii box as a gift?


Yes absolutely, just chose "gift" in the check-out process.




Can I order past Norlii boxes?


Typically, past Norlii boxes have sold out. However, please feel free to reach out to us at info@norlii.com to see if one is available! You can also find several of the items for sale in the Norlii members' store, The Scandinavian Store




What does Norlii mean?


Norlii combines Nordic LIving in to one word, by using the first syllable in each word. This is to signify that Norlii and Norlii box are all about Nordic LIVING, putting the stylish Scandinavian home decor items to use in evereyday life.
